AH Consulting offers the following services that are adapted and scaled to best address customer needs...and taps core competencies as appropriate:

  • Ideation and Solution Strategies: Helps customers define/refine desired innovation-centric business goals and assess potential gap(s) that may need to be bridged for success. She then helps define the best solution strategy, implementation approach, and roadmap reflecting appropriate integration of desired business capability, enabling technology, practice discipline, human performance, and adaptability — aligned with the right roll-out and adoption management program — and will account for external and internal dependencies, time and financial parameters and any other constraints.

    This activity will involve to the extent appropriate, vision and mission alignment, understanding current state, identifying root causes of business problems, feasibility analysis and validation approaches for targeted solution strategies — with clearly defined success and failure criteria.
  • Solution Delivery Leadership: Helps customers achieve business goals by assisting with any of the following:
    — create overarching implementation scope framework and roadmap
    — create appropriately detailed scope definition and detailed plan of action
    — orchestrate the plan of action
    — lead a component of the implementation (practice and/or solution)
    — validate, refine and implement their scope, approach, roadmap, and plan of action
    — select, acquire, and implement a third-party business-technology solution
  • Entrepreneurial and Intrapreneurial Startup Support,Transitional Leadership: Serves in shorter-term transitional or longer-term transformational leadership role that is aligned with AH Consulting core competencies to:
    — manage the adoption of a change implementation / innovation
    — define and lead the creation/maturation of standards, practices, and capabilities
    — help startup companies or new initiatives get off the ground
    — serve in evolving roles of leadership
    — temporarily fill a leadership or management role
    — provide guidance and feedback to customer's leadership team
  • Business Analysis Capability Development: Helps top-down enterprise leadership understand and position their companies to realize the ultimate BA value proposition (business success in the 21st century) — that builds upon tactical, project lifecycle Requirements Definition and Management practices — to embrace innovation as a core competency, nurture creative leadership, and capitalize on complexity. Ms. Hartley's approach is specially designed to bridge this strategic alignment gap with practitioner-led grassroots efforts that is a critical success factor for value realization and long-term sustainability.

Depending on the engagement, Ms. Hartley may work independently or be part of your team — integrating role(s) with your staff and leadership team as appropriate. In addition, AH Consulting can arrange to involve and align contributions from other service or solution providers as needed to bring additional specialized expertise and resources to the table.
