• Entrepreneurial and Intrapreneurial Startup Support,Transitional Leadership: Serves in shorter-term transitional or longer-term transformational leadership role that is aligned with AH Consulting core competencies to:
  — manage the adoption of a change implementation / innovation
  — define and lead the creation/maturation of standards, practices, and capabilities
  — help startup companies or new initiatives get off the ground
  — serve in evolving roles of leadership
  — temporarily fill a leadership or management role
  — provide guidance and feedback to customer's leadership team
• Business Analysis Capability Development: Helps top-down enterprise leadership understand and position their companies to realize the ultimate BA value proposition (business success in the 21st century) — that builds upon tactical, project lifecycle Requirements Definition and Management practices — to embrace innovation as a core competency, nurture creative leadership, and capitalize on complexity.
